For the carrying out of a Marine Fostal Service frp Canton to Hongkong and from Canton to Muchow, Province of

Kwang Si.

BETWEEN

M. Bardouin, Consul for France at Canton, acting in the name

and on behalf of the Government of Indo-China, on one

side, and

M. Jean Trevoux,

Merchant, residing in Canton, China,

on the other.

It has been agreed as follows:-

M. Jean Trevoux undertakes to carry out a service of

navigation between Canton-and-Hongkong, and Canton and Wuchow,

according to clauses and terms stated in the conditions below, the

provisions of which cancel by mutual consent, those provided for

by the convention signed at Canton on the 1st. day of April, 1901,

for service between Canton and Hongkong.
